Awards and Recognition Program

It is the policy of the City of Dixon to recognize continued dedicated service through the following awards and recognition:

• The Service Award Program—recognizes total City service at each of the following service milestones: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years.
• The Star Award Program—recognizes employee service in the following areas: customer service, safety, teamwork, cost savings and annual employee of the year.
• The Retiree Award Program—recognizes City of Dixon employees who retire with the City for their service to the City.
