Policies

California Senate Bill 1029 (SB1029) which was effective January 1, 2017, requires municipal issuers of local debt such as bonds to certifiy that it has adopted local debt policies. Dixon City Council formalized a policy at its March 14, 2017 meeting by adopting Resolution 17-037.

While the City posts its annual financial report, as well as other financial reports on the City's website, information with the intention of reaching the investing public as well as other members of the investment community shall be filed on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website.
